Why I Blog featuring Bloguettes

I was so blessed to be able to attend a Bloguettes workshop in Austin this weekend! Blogging is something that I really enjoy doing and I really have been getting into more and more. I think it is super important to do something that makes you unique and something you can be passionate about. While there are a few different things I am passionate about, this is something I can see grow and get better and better. Blogging actually has little to do with my major in Public Relations, and while I want this to become a job eventually, I just love having a creative outlet and something that not everyone does or sticks to. Seeing a finished product from all the work I put in is amazing, and even more amazing is seeing the content get better little by little. While I have a long way to go, attending workshops and conferences makes me more confident and my blog better little by little.

Sakura and Lorena from Bloguettes hosted an amazing three day weekend with amazing food, fun, and information.

I'm definitely struggling with transitioning my wardrobe from the winter to spring because Texas has crazy weather! My tank is like a thicker sweater-like material which is greater for keeping warm or cool. Jeans are always a great piece to go with anything, and I am addicted to my brown booties since they are comfy and go with anything.
